He serves key leadership roles in CEO training, strategic planning, organizational development and sustainability, as well as leading cross-functional, multi-cultural, core business process teams.
Usman holds three Masters Degrees from MIT: Business Administration, Management of Technology, and Policy Planning from the MIT/Harvard joint program. He is a Visiting Professor at the University of Texas at Dallas where he resides.

He is a featured author of The Leader of the Future 2, a best selling business book of 2006, and author of a forthcoming book, InteGreat, that provides Ghani's deep insights into a suite of topics

A Benjamin Franklin Fellow in Paris, he is listed in the Who's Who Worldwide. He is also CEO of ConfluentC, LLC, and AIMS, LLC; his organizations in Irving, Texas, assisting businesses and nonprofits in integration and transformation.
